Terms and Conditions

Honeybells Glamping Shop is operated by R S Leisure (Dorset) Ltd trading as ‘Honeybells Tents & Events’. Registered Office: 864 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 6DQ. Company Number: 8327283. VAT No: 153584694.

These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall apply to all transactions conducted via the Honeybells Glamping Shop website and all orders placed by telephone. Please read them carefully before placing your order. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the parties.

Please note that in these terms and conditions “you”, “your”, “yours” and “yourself” are references to any person ordering goods from the website, and “we”, “our”, “us” and “ours” are references to R S Leisure (Dorset) Ltd.

Notification of Changes

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.

Your Contract With Us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.

We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If you paid for your order at the same time as placing it, the funds will be allocated by your card issuer to R S Leisure (Dorset) Ltd.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this, there will be no contract between us and your payment will be refunded.

If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

How to Order

  1. Add the item to your cart and amend the quantity accordingly. Once you have added all the required items to your cart, proceed to the checkout.
  2. If you are a returning customer and have registered with our website previously, you can sign in using your username and password.
  3. If you are a new customer and wish to register with our website, you can do this at the checkout stage, before payment.
  4. Complete the billing and shipping information as required.
  5. Check the details you have submitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of any order are complete and accurate. Proceed to payment.
  6. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. We will form a contract with you when we take payment from you.

All contracts will be filed in a central database by R S Leisure (Dorset) Ltd.

Placing an Order

Our secure online payments are processed by PayPal. Our prices are in GBP(£) Pounds Sterling and they include VAT at the current rate.

Each order shall be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. We will not be bound to supply any goods ordered until we have notified you of our acceptance of an order. We are entitled to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.

Delivery

Goods will normally be delivered within 7 days of our accepting your order and payment. We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, giving you the option to cancel your order.

Delivery to most of the UK is free of charge. There is a charge for delivery to Southern Ireland (The Republic of Ireland), Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland and the islands of the UK (such as Jersey, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and Guernsey). Delivery charges to these locations are determined by the dimensions and weight of the item(s) being ordered, and the delivery charges enforced by our carriers at the time of ordering. Cancellation and Returns

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will exercise our right to charge you for the reduction in value.

We will also exercise our right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Once we have been notified of a faulty item, we would request photographic images of the fault in the first instance. It may also be necessary for us to collect the goods for further assessment or return.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will exercise our right to charge you for the reduction in value.

We will exercise our right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you has diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary.

It should be clear that your consumer legal rights may still apply after the warranty expires.

Specification

Sometimes product specifications may change. In this event, we will do our best to provide a substitute of the same or better specifications at the same price.

All colours, sizes and measurements shown on the website are approximate.

This information is used for delivery, billing purposes and to fulfil your order.

You are responsible for ensuring the proper use of all purchased products. We do not accept any responsibility for any liability to any party for loss or damage incurred through the misuse of any of our products, however caused.

Proper Law of Contract

This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales.
